Each week I send distant healing out to those people whose names are on the healing list and I ask that if you feel so inclined, to remember these people in your thoughts and send them healing wishes.

 

If you would like your own name or those of your friends and family members to be shown on the list as well, please e-mail me. You can put as many names as you wish on the list and you can give as much or as little information (eg. reason why healing is required) about the person as you wish but I do need their full name and preferably their location.

 

Remember, the Healing List is not only for people who are specifically ill or in need, you can add someone's name just because you want them to receive a boost of healing energy to give them a "lift" and as a little gift of love.

 

Healing is non-invasive and has no contraindications so it will not affect any medication that one might be taking so it can do only good and no harm whatsoever.
